BLACK FOREST 2023 FESTIVAL SATURDAY AUGUST 12

 

We hope you can join us at the Black Forest Community Center on Saturday August 12, 2023 and perhaps warm up the night before at the BF Biergarten! Volunteer leaders have already begun meeting to plan these community events – did you know that it takes 100 volunteers to make this great weekend happen? We are lucky to live in a community with so many giving and caring people. The charter of the Black Forest Community Club includes supporting this community in many ways. Year after year, the BF Festival highlights and educates folks on our rural heritage while giving both young and old a fun filled day. Net proceeds will be directed towards local charities, select service oriented non- profit organizations, and maintenance of the festival grounds. The separate BF Biergarten event is specifically a fundraiser for the hall.  

 

SCHEDULE FOR FESTIVAL DAY AUGUST 12, 2023* 

 

6:30AM – 9PM PANCAKE BREAKFAST 

 

8AM – 3PM BOOTH FAIR 

 

8AM – 3PM LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS 

 

8AM-3PM HERITAGE CRAFTS 

 

10:30AM PARADE and OUTHOUSE RACES 

 

11AM – 3PM FAMILY BEER GARDEN 

 

12-3PM CHILDREN’s GAMES 

 

*Live Music, Petting Zoo, Pony and Tractor Rides, Alpacas, Food Trucks and Much More Throughout the day
