Our clubhouse is available for rent for weddings, special occasions, community meetings, etc.
Our 1929 era clubhouse has recently been restored and upgraded to preserve its beauty and uniqueness in the community.
We are fully equipped to handle almost any size gathering up to 250 people. (depending on room configuration)
Amenities include:
- Fully equipped kitchen and serving area with gas stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, 2 microwave ovens. (serving and cooking utensils are not provided) Or you may hire a carterer.
- Alcoholic beverages may be served
- The Club has 1Gbps fiber internet
- Deck for dining or just enjoying the fresh outdoor Black Forest environment
- There are 5 4x9 12" high platforms/stage.
- BFCC rental policy.
Our rental now comes complete with 200 chairs, 20 8’ tables, full use of our A/V equipment (you must supply the HDMI cable). Cleaning before and after your event. We also include trash can liners and all paper goods and soaps for the restrooms. Your do it yourself event is now trouble and stress free.
- We require tables and chairs to be returned to storage and the trash taken to the dumpster.
